APD search for 2 males related to meals truck robberies

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin police are looking for two males accused of robbing two Austin meals vans. Surveillance footage exhibits the lads going right into a meals truck in north Austin and a meals truck in south Austin within the early morning hours of June 7, an APD launch mentioned.

The primary theft occurred at El Pollo Rico Categorical meals truck at 13442 Dessau Street round 12:32 am About an hour later, the lads had been seen on the Laz Amanozas meals truck at 4811 South Congress Ave., taking an undisclosed amount of money, the discharge mentioned.

The boys had been seen leaving the areas in what appeared like a black Nissan Altima. APD mentioned it does not know the license plate of the automotive.

The primary suspect is described by police as sporting a black ski masks, black zip-up hoodie, brilliant blue balaclava, black beanie, black pants and black socks.

The second suspect is described by police as sporting a black ski masks, black hoodie with an extended grey shirt, darkish blue denims, purple gloves and black Nike Air Drive Ones.
